Guidelines for Conference Registration
Paper Registration
* Deadline: July 21, 2011
* At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full rate of US$500. Authors with multiple accepted papers must pay an additional fee of US$250 to cover the second and subsequent papers.
* Payment must be received by July 21, 2011 in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
Attendee Early Registration
* Deadline: July 21, 2011
* Regular rate: US$500. This will cover the cost of one copy of the proceedings, all sessions, lunches, coffee break, and banquet.
* Student rate: US$100. This will cover the cost of one copy of the proceedings, all sessions, lunches, coffee break, but no banquet. Each banquet ticket can be purchased at 45$.
Attendee Late/On-site Registration
* Regular rate: US$600. This will cover the cost of one copy of the proceedings, all sessions, lunches, coffee break, and banquet.
* Student rate: US$150. This will cover the cost of one copy of the proceedings, all sessions, lunches, coffee break, but no banquet. Each banquet ticket can be purchased at 45$.
