    • Completed building and testing for pre-amplifier #1
    • Discussed placement of parts in box

    • Implementation Team: began assembly of preamplifier, building of filter for MAX9714

    • Discussion:
      • Revision of Project Plan is needed to reflect McDonald’s ambitions/interests (how can we help?)
      • Order Accuracy (things to focus on)
        • Drive-Thru design
        • Perception (how comfortable is the customer while taking their order)
        • Noise (distortion of order by decreasing sound quality)
        • Sound quality
          • System installation
          • Microphones (which ones to use; placement of microphones)
          • Loudspeaker / Headset
      • Order Records & Information Processing (DSP & data communication)
      • Drive-Thru Experience
        • Efficient
        • Pleasant
        • Client-friendly
      • Current system to be evaluated for design performance
    • Implementation Team / Research Team will work together to compile more information to revise Project Plan (Govind will be included)

    • The search for the missing computer continues! Tao will find the packaging slip in order to effectively track down the computer from Purchasing

    4:00 – 4:30

    • Holes were being drilled into the mounting plate in order to safely house one of the amplifiers
