[ece429] VNC remote connection problem

Hi Marcin,

The best way to get the desktop connection to work remotely is to set 
your home computer to accept incoming xwin sessions. Once you log into 
vulcan using ssh run the following command to set the display back to 
your own machine.

setenv DISPLAY your_ip:0.0

After this command you can run any of the vlsi tools and the display 
will show up on your home computer.
