[ece429] VNC remote connection problem

I followed the VNC tutorial and everything works up until the part where I'm
supposed to connect to vulcan with the VNC viewer. All I get from the client
is a "Failed to connect to server" message. The text shell login works fine
since I was able to start vncserver. Any suggestions? Is the vulcan server
configured to accept VNC connections from non-iit IP addresses?
