One ethics issue that has occurred with team activities is that sometimes team members might overlook to give due credit to another team member because they are expected to complete their task. This might lead to low morale of team members that do not receive credit.

Another ethics issue is that not every team member contributes the same amount of work to the IPRO. This is unfair to other team members.
