Thomas Callsen

Weldy/Lamont Associates

About the Topic

This presentation will highlight the over-current protection practices and equipment of a typical electric utility's distribution system. Topics will include fusing, line reclosers, sectionalizers, coordination theory and reliability strategies. During his time at ComEd, Thomas Callsen trained over 2500 engineers, designers and construction personnel on ComEd's fusing and reclosing equipment and protection practices.
