As mentioned in the problem statement, 5.2(c) has 2 poles at s=0 (plus the 
zero on the negative real axis).

For 5.2(f), assume that there is one pole at s=0.  The other singularities 
are: a positive real axis pole, a negative real axis zero, a complex 
conjugate LHP pole pair.  (4 poles total, and one zero).
