Your port forwarding is set up correctly. However, the setenv command should 
use the WAN IP of the router. Any address like 192.168.x.x is from the LAN 
side and outside computers won't see it. You have to specify your WAN side 
IP address. If your router is not clear about it, then go to 
http://www.whatismyip.com/ to find out the address you're supposed to use 
with the setenv command.
