[ece429] Xwin setup

I am able to login to vulcan.ece.iit.edu server using SSH.  However, I 
am trying to setup the Xwin by following the SSH - Xwin32 User 
Configuration Guide.  Since I want to check to see if my firewall block 
the Xwin32 transfer.  It recommend us to test it with "X-Win32 uses 
port 6000 for its transfers".  

I need to login to hawk.cns.iit.edu server but I am not able to login.  
Is there any other way I can test the X-Win32 uses port 6000 
transfers?
